Almost all clients are quoted a fixed or flat rate retainer fee before paying or signing any contract for legal services unless your case is complex it's too hard to determine how much work your case will actually require. With a flat fee retainer contract for legal services, you pay the same amount regardless of how many hours are actually spent working on your case. You will not have to worry each month about how much your bill will be. The first thirty-minutes of a consultation either by phone, by video or in-person at my office are free. You will be charged $75 for each additional thirty minutes of consultation.
