About the Attorney

Rachel Fisher-Queen is a Certified Child Welfare Specialist who practices law in Athens, Benton and Cleveland, Tennessee. She is licensed to represent clients in Tennessee and Georgia . She received her high school diploma from McMinn County, her BS from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her JD from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

Almost all clients are quoted a fixed or flat rate retainer fee before paying or signing any contract for legal services unless your case is complex. With a flat fee retainer contract for legal services, you pay the same amount regardless of how many hours are actually spent working on your case. You will not have to worry each month about how much your bill for legal services will be. The first thirty-minutes of a consultation either by phone, by video or in-person are free. You will be charged $75 for each additional thirty minutes of consultation.

Rachel Helps With These Kinds of Cases

  • Permanent Guardianship (Juvenile Court)

  • Adoption

  • Conservatorship (Special Needs Children Turning 18 and Seniors)

  • Probate
